Departments

Stone-Haven County Asylum is composed off various staff teams named Departments. Those are groups resposible for doing their duties to keep the asylum running, each department having their own duty. Each department then has their own set of rules and expectations and works with other departments.

The joining process of each department vary in the requirements and content, being done in two ways, common between most departments (MPT being the exception), those being Tryouts and Applications.

Medical[]

Tasked with ensuring the wellbeing of every person on site, from staff to patients. More focused on the roleplaying aspect and a little on gameplay, they are equipped with support tools such as emergency kits, a pack of roleplaying medical tools, and very little defense such as the handheld taser.

Orderly[]

Tasked with ensuring the safety of every person on site, from staff to patients; and enforcing the security around the map. More focused on the gameplay aspect, they are equipped with combative tools such as the stunstick, taser, and pepper spray for any intense situations.

Psychiatry[]

Tasked with ensuring the mental health of every person on site, from staff to patients. Remaining focused on the roleplaying aspect with little gameplay, they are equipped with only equipped with little self-defense such as the handheld taser.

Management Protection Team[]

The purpose of MPT is to protect the high ranks of the asylum, such as Assistant Management+ and the Board of Supervision members of the Management Protection Team themselves.

Maintenance[]

The Maintenance Department is responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of the asylum's machinery and equipment. Their primary duty is to uphold the site's functionality by addressing and completing necessary repairs.

Is not currently accessible to the public, being revamped.

Community Relations[]

The Community Relations Department (CR) Is responsible for taking feedback, creating newsletters, and hosting tours throughout the facility.

Community Engagement[]

A two-team split focused on hosting in-game events and bringing awareness via social media platforms, later to become Community Engagement who used to make weekly newsletters, fun polls, surveys and magazines before finally getting revamped to Community Relations by combining with Public Relations.

Public Relations[]

They used to handle partnerships, their duties in game were to host tours for future partners and interviews to find out the opinion behind the game. Got revamped to Community Relations by combining with Community Engagement.

Moderation[]

The merge of Ethics and Communications departments, being tasked with moderating both in-game and the discord server.

Ethics[]

The Ethics Department used to be a private department focussed on enforcing the rules and making reports on members who break the rules. They used to work vigilantly to ensure the site is in check without malicious users in-game.
